We are hiring a Social Media Executive to plan, create and manage social media for our agency and clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

- Position: Social Media (SMO) Executive
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Location: Dwarka Mor, New Delhi (work from office)
- Job type: Full-time
- Salary: As per experience
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Responsibilities
- Create monthly content calendars for clients and for WBN Technology
- Write captions and plan posts, reels, carousels and stories
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives
- Schedule and publish posts and manage comments and messages
- Grow followers and engagement and track results with platform insights
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of social media marketing experience
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Basic design or reel-editing skills (Canva, CapCut or similar)
- Creative thinking and good written English and Hindi
Good to Have
- Experience running Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ads
- Experience with influencer or brand collaborations
