We are hiring a Key Account Manager to look after our most important clients, keep them happy and grow each account with the right services.
Job Details
- Position: Key Account Manager
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Location: Dwarka Mor, New Delhi (work from office)
- Job type: Full-time
- Salary: As per experience
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for a set of key clients
- Understand client goals and plan SEO, ads, social media and website work with internal teams
- Run regular review calls and share monthly performance reports
- Make sure work is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and renew contracts
- Handle client concerns quickly and professionally
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years in account management or client servicing, preferably at a digital agency
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Good understanding of digital marketing services and reports
- Organised, with experience managing several clients at once
Good to Have
- Experience with international clients
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
