We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, run and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns that bring real leads and sales for our clients.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Location: Dwarka Mor, New Delhi (work from office)
- Job type: Full-time
- Salary: As per experience
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns: Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and Call ads
- Run Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead and sales campaigns
- Do keyword research, write ad copy and plan audiences
- Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager and call tracking
- Optimise bids, budgets and landing pages to lower cost per lead
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets and reporting on ROI
- Good knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel / Google Sheets
Good to Have
- Google Ads certification
- Experience with travel, taxi, local service or e-commerce clients
